Join in our range of activities in Stoke on Trent to help prevent falls by improving your strength and balance. Gentle Exercise Get active, make new friends and improve your balance, co-ordination and confidence! Sessions last 1-2 hours including time for refreshments and to catch up and chat. There is a £3 charge for these classes to support the costs.
Walking Groups – Meet new people while maintaining and improving your mobility. Join our walks in beautiful parks, canal paths and open spaces across the North Staffordshire area – these can be one, three and five mile walks. Weather-appropriate clothing & footwear are essential.
Practical health & safety talks – Improve your knowledge on healthy eating, preventing falls, reducing blood pressure, being safe in your own home and while out and about.
