Home Services Support provides practical support to people living in their own homes to enable them to be as independent as possible for as long as possible.
We can help with cleaning, laundry, shopping, paying bills, preparing meals, attending appointments or social events such as coffee or lunch with friends. Our Community Support Workers not only provide support with everyday tasks that some people may struggle with but also ensure that our customers are safe and well. Through our Community Support Workers, we provide essential contact and practical support to people living in their own homes. Support may consist of help with cleaning, shopping, preparing meals, sorting mail and paying bills, attending appointments or social visits. Our aim is to ensure that our customers receive the levels of support they need to be as independent as possible for as long as possible; to reduce isolation and loneliness and, where relevant, to ensure that they are able to access social opportunities within their communities.
